  • If you have fitment questions or concerns, please contact us prior to ordering.
  • The XJ was produced with different possible rear axles. You will have to identify your rear axle before being able to complete an order. The easiest way to tell the difference is to measure the I.D. of your rear u-bolts.
  • This kit is for Chrysler rear end that uses a 3" I.D. u-bolt.
  • Dana 35 rear axle requires a 2-3/4" I.D. u-bolt.

OVERVIEW

New front coil springs are supplied that are capable of handling anything! Since we design our coil springs for off road use, there is no need for bump stop extensions. Our coils can be smashed to the bottom and will always come back! No, that doesn't mean they are stiff. The key is using the correct size wire and quality material with the correct spring rate to offer the perfect ride and still hold up over time.

Shipping & Processing Time

All in-stock orders are processed and shipped within 1 business day (excluding weekends and holidays).

Delivery typically takes 2–5 business days, depending on the destination. We ship from multiple warehouses across the United States, which allows us to deliver orders as quickly as possible.

Please note that delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.


Shipping Carriers

Most orders are shipped via UPS Ground or FedEx, depending on the size and weight of the item.
Some large or oversized items may be shipped via SAIA or other freight carriers.

Carrier selection is determined automatically at the time of shipment.


Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to the email address provided at checkout.

Tracking information usually becomes active within 1 business day after shipment, depending on the carrier.


Where Is My Order?

When tracking information is provided, this means your order has been processed and shipped.
Carriers such as UPS and FedEx provide point-in-time tracking, meaning updates occur as the package is scanned during transit.

Most orders arrive within 2–5 business days. If your order does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, please contact us and we will be happy to assist.


Delivered Packages & Theft

Once an order is marked as Delivered by the carrier to the address provided at checkout, the order is considered successfully fulfilled.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery, including cases of mail theft.

If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you did not receive the package, we recommend:

  • Checking around your property and with neighbors

  • Contacting the carrier to file a missing or stolen package claim

  • Filing a police report for mail theft (if applicable)

If the carrier provides written confirmation of delivery error, please contact us and we will review the case.


Signature Requirement

Signature confirmation is not required by default for orders under $200.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.


Cancellations

Order cancellations are free of charge as long as the order has not yet shipped.
