Rubicon Express was the first to comercially offer a long arm suspension system for the Jeep TJ; this same industry leading design is available for the Wrangler Unlimited LJ.Our LJ Extreme-Duty Long Arm System is designed to be a complete suspension replacement, which utilizes longer control arms to improve lifted suspension geometry. This system will offer you superior stability on and off road, reduced torque roll, and enhanced trail traction over standard short arm lift systems. The Rubicon Extreme-Duty Long Arm suspension system includes a three-piece belly pan for easy transfer case and transmission access. Our LJ Extreme-Duty Long Arm suspension System is the best performing and most technologically advanced system of its kind; there is no better long arm suspension system available for your LJ. The first and still the best. Rubicon's Long Arm Tri-Link system eliminates the rear track bar, allowing for true up/down wheel travel, while enhancing anti-squat for those steep climbs. On-road tracking is improved, and the kit is bolt-on for factory Dana 35 and Dana 44 rear ends. Kit includes front and rear control arms using 2 .250 wall, 4130 chromoly material. Also included with the kit is Rubicon's newest misalignment joint design, the Builder Ball. This setup eliminates the rear track bar and has up to 32 degrees of misalignment in a giant-sized 3" OD housing.

Special Note: Installing a SYE and CV driveshaft is required when using a tri-link long arm system.

All in-stock orders are processed and shipped within 1 business day (excluding weekends and holidays).

Delivery typically takes 2–5 business days, depending on the destination. We ship from multiple warehouses across the United States, which allows us to deliver orders as quickly as possible.

Shipping Carriers

Most orders are shipped via UPS Ground or FedEx, depending on the size and weight of the item.
Some large or oversized items may be shipped via SAIA or other freight carriers.

Carrier selection is determined automatically at the time of shipment.


Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to the email address provided at checkout.

Tracking information usually becomes active within 1 business day after shipment, depending on the carrier.


Where Is My Order?

When tracking information is provided, this means your order has been processed and shipped.
Carriers such as UPS and FedEx provide point-in-time tracking, meaning updates occur as the package is scanned during transit.

Most orders arrive within 2–5 business days. If your order does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, please contact us and we will be happy to assist.


Delivered Packages & Theft

Once an order is marked as Delivered by the carrier to the address provided at checkout, the order is considered successfully fulfilled.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery, including cases of mail theft.

If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you did not receive the package, we recommend:

  • Checking around your property and with neighbors

  • Contacting the carrier to file a missing or stolen package claim

  • Filing a police report for mail theft (if applicable)

If the carrier provides written confirmation of delivery error, please contact us and we will review the case.


Signature Requirement

Signature confirmation is not required by default for orders under $200.

If you would like to add signature confirmation to your shipment, please contact us before placing your order. Additional fees may apply.


Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.


Cancellations

Order cancellations are free of charge as long as the order has not yet shipped.

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel your order. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.
