The NEW RS66114B Crawler Short Arm Kit is the result of continuous improvements done by Rancho to give you the best possible on and off-road experience for your JK. The kit includes progressive rate coil springs and fully adjustable control arms with D2 bushings to give you improved comfort, durability and worry free operation. This kit also features our new heavy-duty front and rear adjustable track bars with D2 bushings to center the axles. The D2 bushings found in our control arms and track bars feature PTFE for grease-free operation allowing the sleeve to rotate in the bushing without resistance reducing wear. Exhaust cross over pipe RS720003 is required for (2018-12) when not replacing the front driveshaft. The RS66114B supersedes our RS66104 and RS66104B kits. The Rancho brand offers a Limited Lifetime Warranty** for this suspension system.

Shipping Carriers

Some large or oversized items may be shipped via SAIA or other freight carriers.

Tracking information usually becomes active within 1 business day after shipment, depending on the carrier.
Where Is My Order?
When tracking information is provided, this means your order has been processed and shipped.
Carriers such as UPS and FedEx provide point-in-time tracking, meaning updates occur as the package is scanned during transit.
Most orders arrive within 2–5 business days. If your order does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, please contact us and we will be happy to assist.
Delivered Packages & Theft
Once an order is marked as Delivered by the carrier to the address provided at checkout, the order is considered successfully fulfilled.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery, including cases of mail theft.
If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you did not receive the package, we recommend:

Contacting the carrier to file a missing or stolen package claim

Filing a police report for mail theft (if applicable)
If the carrier provides written confirmation of delivery error, please contact us and we will review the case.
Signature Requirement

Incorrect Shipping Address
