TYPE OF USE: Add MOTUL HYDRAULIC LIFTER CARE to the warm engine oil. Works during operation. A dose of 300ml is sufficient to treat 5L of engine oil. For larger sump capacities add 60ml of product per liter of engine oil.; Compatible with mineral and synthetic engine oils.; Attention: Check engine oil level before application.; Do not exceed the recommended proportion.

Where Is My Order?

Carriers such as UPS and FedEx provide point-in-time tracking, meaning updates occur as the package is scanned during transit.

Delivered Packages & Theft
Once an order is marked as Delivered by the carrier to the address provided at checkout, the order is considered successfully fulfilled.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery, including cases of mail theft.
If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you did not receive the package, we recommend:

Contacting the carrier to file a missing or stolen package claim

Filing a police report for mail theft (if applicable)
If the carrier provides written confirmation of delivery error, please contact us and we will review the case.
Signature Requirement
Signature confirmation is not required by default for orders under $200.

Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout.

Cancellations
Order cancellations are free of charge as long as the order has not yet shipped.
