Give your Ford Super Duty the durability boost it deserves with the Mishimoto Intercooler Pipe and Boot Kit for the 1999-2003 Ford F-Series 7.3L Powerstroke. These workhorse turbodiesels produce mounds of boost pressure to churn out the serious torque that you need. This abuse takes its toll on the intercooling system, especially the piping. The Mishimoto pipe and boot kit replaces the stock system with a pair of tough, mandrel-bent aluminum pipes for both the intercooler's hot and cold sides for maximum durability. This kit includes Mishimoto Silicone Boots with DuraCore technology. Mishimoto DuraCore technology is the synthetic material that comprises the innermost layer of all Mishimoto Silicone Diesel Boots. Compared to normal silicone, DuraCore provides superior resistance to heat, pressure, fuel, and oil. This effectively increases the life of our boots by preventing leaks and blowouts. The kit includes Mishimoto Constant-Tension T-bolt Clamps for accurate and consistent holding power to add even more reliability. For the best performance, make sure to pair this kit with our Mishimoto Ford 7.3l Powerstroke Performance Intercooler. The Mishimoto Intercooler Pipe and Boot kit for the Ford F-Series 7.3L Powerstroke is available in a polished and wrinkle-black powder-coated finish and includes the Mishimoto Lifetime Warranty for a worry-free installation.

Shipping Carriers

Some large or oversized items may be shipped via SAIA or other freight carriers.

Tracking Information

Tracking information usually becomes active within 1 business day after shipment, depending on the carrier.
Where Is My Order?
When tracking information is provided, this means your order has been processed and shipped.
Carriers such as UPS and FedEx provide point-in-time tracking, meaning updates occur as the package is scanned during transit.

Delivered Packages & Theft
Once an order is marked as Delivered by the carrier to the address provided at checkout, the order is considered successfully fulfilled.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery, including cases of mail theft.
If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you did not receive the package, we recommend:

Signature Requirement
