Mishimoto has released a performance intercooler kit for the 2008-2010 Ford 6.4L Powerstroke.This kit includes everything you need to improve airflow, substantially decrease air-charge temperatures, reduce EGTs, and support your truck at any power level.The first key component is the Mishimoto cold-side intercooler pipe; our engineers have maximized airflow by eliminating restrictive bends, allowing for a smooth and unimpeded airflow.The pipe is constructed of mandrel bent aluminum polished to a mirror finish.This kit includes Mishimoto silicone boots with DuraCore technology and constant-tension T-bolt clamps for accurate and consistent holding power.Mishimoto DuraCore technology is the synthetic material that comprises the innermost layer of all Mishimoto silicone diesel boots.Compared to normal silicone, DuraCore provides superior resistance to heat, pressure, fuel, and oil.This effectively increases the life of our boots by preventing leaks and blowouts.This package is rounded out with the Mishimoto intercooler featuring a significant increase in core volume, extremely durable cast aluminum end tanks, and a bar-and-plate core, all designed to provide cool, dense air to your engine.Our intercooler reduces pressure drop, which results in an overall increase in engine efficiency.All the components in this kit are engineered to last, just like your truck.Offered with either a black or silver core, the Mishimoto 6.4L Powerstroke intercooler kit is protected by our signature lifetime warranty.

Shipping Carriers

Some large or oversized items may be shipped via SAIA or other freight carriers.

Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to the email address provided at checkout.
Tracking information usually becomes active within 1 business day after shipment, depending on the carrier.
Where Is My Order?
When tracking information is provided, this means your order has been processed and shipped.
Carriers such as UPS and FedEx provide point-in-time tracking, meaning updates occur as the package is scanned during transit.

Delivered Packages & Theft
Once an order is marked as Delivered by the carrier to the address provided at checkout, the order is considered successfully fulfilled.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery, including cases of mail theft.
If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you did not receive the package, we recommend:

Signature Requirement
