As one of the loudest train horns we carry, our Outlaw Black Train Horn packs a lot more punch than its size would lead you to believe. With an install footprint much smaller than other train horns, our Outlaw train horn is a great alternative to larger train horns when space is limited without losing volume.
Our HornAir 127H Air Source Unit that we bundled with our Outlaw train horn is the ideal air source unit for tight install requirements or tight budgets. As our smallest air source unit, our HornAir 127H unit can easily fit in the trunk of a car or a toolbox. As a non-enclosed unit, we highly recommend keeping the unit in a space that is dry and free of debris. While our Outlaw Black 127H train horn kit might seem small, you still get a stunning 5 seconds of continuous blast time out of the 1.5-gallon air tank and a lightning-fast recharge time of 90-120 PSI in only 35 seconds! Like all HornBlasters Horn Kits, the Outlaw Black 127H train horn kit is a complete kit with all required components and detailed instructions included.

- For all products, free fast delivery of the UPS is already included in the price.

- Tank mounted air compressors are not fully sealed. For this reason, the manufacturer recommends the tank/compressor system be mounted in the upright position in an enclosed space away from moisture, dirt, debris, etc...

Delivery typically takes 2–5 business days, depending on the destination. We ship from multiple warehouses across the United States, which allows us to deliver orders as quickly as possible.

Shipping Carriers
Most orders are shipped via UPS Ground or FedEx, depending on the size and weight of the item.
Some large or oversized items may be shipped via SAIA or other freight carriers.

Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to the email address provided at checkout.
Tracking information usually becomes active within 1 business day after shipment, depending on the carrier.
Where Is My Order?
When tracking information is provided, this means your order has been processed and shipped.
Carriers such as UPS and FedEx provide point-in-time tracking, meaning updates occur as the package is scanned during transit.
Most orders arrive within 2–5 business days. If your order does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, please contact us and we will be happy to assist.
Delivered Packages & Theft
Once an order is marked as Delivered by the carrier to the address provided at checkout, the order is considered successfully fulfilled.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery, including cases of mail theft.
If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you did not receive the package, we recommend:

Contacting the carrier to file a missing or stolen package claim

Filing a police report for mail theft (if applicable)
If the carrier provides written confirmation of delivery error, please contact us and we will review the case.
Signature Requirement

Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Cancellations
Order cancellations are free of charge as long as the order has not yet shipped.
