Discontinued-Axxess AXADBXH-CH2 is a wiring harness specifically designed to simplify the installation of an aftermarket car stereo in select Chrysler vehicles from 2007 to 2018. It acts as an intermediary between the car's factory wiring and the new stereo, ensuring compatibility and retaining certain functionalities. The AXADBXH-CH2 eliminates the need to manually match and connect wires from your aftermarket stereo to the car's complex wiring system. While the AXADBXH-CH2 doesn't enable steering wheel control by itself, it's pre-wired for compatibility with a separate Axxess AXSWC (sold separately). This additional interface allows you to retain the functionality of your steering wheel audio controls with a compatible aftermarket stereo. The AXADBXH-CH2 connects to the aftermarket stereo's wiring harness on one end and to the vehicle's factory wire harness on the other end. This AXADBXH harness must be used in conjunction with the appropriate interface box—AXADBX-1 or AXADBX-2 _(sold separately)_
