Can be applied directly to heat sources like exhaust manifolds and pipes. Constructed with an embossed 10 mil aluminum face bonded to 1/8" composite glass-fiber core and backed with a high temp super strong pressure sensitive backing, Floor & Tunnel Shield II withstands up to 1750° F of direct continuous heat. The adhesive side holds past 450° F. Its improved multifaceted modern aluminum surface offers improved reflectivity and rigidity and allows for ease of installation. At only 3/16" thick, this product can be shaped and trimmed for a custom fit and is ideal for minimal clearance areas. With a unique and patented finely woven glass-fiber backing, Floor & Tunnel Shield II is the easiest, most cost effective way to control thermal transfer while protecting expensive components and vehicle occupants from extreme heat situations and sound.

Delivery typically takes 2–5 business days, depending on the destination. We ship from multiple warehouses across the United States, which allows us to deliver orders as quickly as possible.

Shipping Carriers
Most orders are shipped via UPS Ground or FedEx, depending on the size and weight of the item.
Some large or oversized items may be shipped via SAIA or other freight carriers.
Carrier selection is determined automatically at the time of shipment.
Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to the email address provided at checkout.
Tracking information usually becomes active within 1 business day after shipment, depending on the carrier.
Where Is My Order?
When tracking information is provided, this means your order has been processed and shipped.
Carriers such as UPS and FedEx provide point-in-time tracking, meaning updates occur as the package is scanned during transit.
Most orders arrive within 2–5 business days. If your order does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, please contact us and we will be happy to assist.
Delivered Packages & Theft
Once an order is marked as Delivered by the carrier to the address provided at checkout, the order is considered successfully fulfilled.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery, including cases of mail theft.
If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you did not receive the package, we recommend:

Contacting the carrier to file a missing or stolen package claim

Filing a police report for mail theft (if applicable)
If the carrier provides written confirmation of delivery error, please contact us and we will review the case.
Signature Requirement
Signature confirmation is not required by default for orders under $200.

Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Cancellations
Order cancellations are free of charge as long as the order has not yet shipped.
