Bilstein B6 shock absorbers and struts utilize a unique, velocity sensitive, digressive piston which reacts to changing road conditions to provide consistent fade free performance. Some large or oversized items may be shipped via SAIA or other freight carriers.

Tracking Information

Tracking information usually becomes active within 1 business day after shipment, depending on the carrier.
Where Is My Order?
When tracking information is provided, this means your order has been processed and shipped.
Carriers such as UPS and FedEx provide point-in-time tracking, meaning updates occur as the package is scanned during transit.

Delivered Packages & Theft
Once an order is marked as Delivered by the carrier to the address provided at checkout, the order is considered successfully fulfilled.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery, including cases of mail theft.
If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you did not receive the package, we recommend:

Signature Requirement
