Get true performance and improved throttle response from your I-4 Ford Focus with the ROUSH Cold Air Intake kit. Designed exclusively for all Ford Focus models, this open-element filter kit improves airflow over the stock, paper-element filter. As a direct replacement for the restrictive stock filter, the ROUSH intake kit features a custom ROUSH-branded air box that is topped with EPDM foam for an airtight seal to the hood. Also included is a premium high-flow air filter that is re-usable simply by washing and oiling it. ROUSH engineers were also able to utilize the factory PCM calibration, which will not void your factory engine warranty. Even better, this kit maintains the factory PCV connection on the oversized MAF tube, eliminating the need to drill or cut any of the parts. Installation is quick and easy, taking less than one hour to install with basic tools and all hardware for installation is included.

Shipping Carriers
Most orders are shipped via UPS Ground or FedEx, depending on the size and weight of the item.
Some large or oversized items may be shipped via SAIA or other freight carriers.
Carrier selection is determined automatically at the time of shipment.
Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to the email address provided at checkout.
Tracking information usually becomes active within 1 business day after shipment, depending on the carrier.
Where Is My Order?
When tracking information is provided, this means your order has been processed and shipped.
Carriers such as UPS and FedEx provide point-in-time tracking, meaning updates occur as the package is scanned during transit.
Most orders arrive within 2–5 business days. If your order does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, please contact us and we will be happy to assist.
Delivered Packages & Theft
Once an order is marked as Delivered by the carrier to the address provided at checkout, the order is considered successfully fulfilled.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery, including cases of mail theft.
If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you did not receive the package, we recommend:

Signature Requirement

Incorrect Shipping Address

Cancellations
