The XTray Pro comes complete with two Thru Axle Bike mounts, a universal attachment system to fit Rhino-Rack Vortex and Euro bars, along with most other crossbar brands.
Whether you're escaping the city, camping out with the kids, hitting the country side on a road-trip with mates or thinking about a shopping spree, you won't run out of space with the Rhino-Rack XTray Pro. This is the perfect solution to make sure you never have to leave an essential item at home.
Please note that the minimum crossbar spacing is 650mm/25.6 inches and the maximum crossbar spacing is 1100mm/43.31 inches. It is also important to take note of the change in the overall vehicle height, as the addition of the XTray Pro may prevent access to low entrances.

Shipping & Processing Time
All in-stock orders are processed and shipped within 1 business day (excluding weekends and holidays).

Shipping Carriers
Most orders are shipped via UPS Ground or FedEx, depending on the size and weight of the item.
Some large or oversized items may be shipped via SAIA or other freight carriers.
Carrier selection is determined automatically at the time of shipment.
Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to the email address provided at checkout.
Tracking information usually becomes active within 1 business day after shipment, depending on the carrier.
Where Is My Order?
When tracking information is provided, this means your order has been processed and shipped.
Carriers such as UPS and FedEx provide point-in-time tracking, meaning updates occur as the package is scanned during transit.
Most orders arrive within 2–5 business days. If your order does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, please contact us and we will be happy to assist.
Delivered Packages & Theft
Once an order is marked as Delivered by the carrier to the address provided at checkout, the order is considered successfully fulfilled.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery, including cases of mail theft.
If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you did not receive the package, we recommend:

Contacting the carrier to file a missing or stolen package claim

Filing a police report for mail theft (if applicable)
If the carrier provides written confirmation of delivery error, please contact us and we will review the case.
Signature Requirement
Signature confirmation is not required by default for orders under $200.

Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Cancellations
Order cancellations are free of charge as long as the order has not yet shipped.
