This pair of Mustang Tail Lights are DOT (Department of Transportation) approved for legal street use under compliance # QR1200131. These will also fit 1999-2001 SVT Cobra with amber turn signals when installed with a 99-04 GT or V6 tail light harness. Bulbs are not included. These tail lights reuses stock bulbs from existing fixtures.
