NOTES

  • In 2005 and 2011 model year vehicles, the seat leg bolts may be tied to the air bag system. Tampering with these may result in disabling the air bag system and causing a severe safety hazard. The installation of this product into these vehicles should only be done by a Dodge Factory Authorized technician or Up-Fitter familiar with Police, Fire and Rescue Vehicles and their fleet use.

Delivered Packages & Theft

Once an order is marked as Delivered by the carrier to the address provided at checkout, the order is considered successfully fulfilled.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery, including cases of mail theft.

If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you did not receive the package, we recommend:

  • Checking around your property and with neighbors

  • Contacting the carrier to file a missing or stolen package claim

  • Filing a police report for mail theft (if applicable)

If the carrier provides written confirmation of delivery error, please contact us and we will review the case.

Signature Requirement

Incorrect Shipping Address
