The Retail set includes (2) x 15" Flexible LED Strips. This Flexible strip can also be cut down into smaller sizes. A diagram is pictured behind the packaging displaying the proper cut areas of the strip. The 15" Flexible strip is ideal for over the counter sales for over the counter sales. Easy install makes this the ideal strip for enhancing the automobile's look. Strip is water-proof and comes with a 3M adhesive for indoor or outdoor applications. Current draw is only .35A, which makes this an easy accessory to tie into other 12V components. Flexible strip is available in a variety of colors and includes a 1 year warranty.Genuine 3M Adhesive backing for EASY installation!
These strips come in a green LED color. The flexible strip is waterproof thus able to use in many different applications. The strip can be cut down to any size and mounted using the 3M adhesive backing.

Shipping Carriers
Most orders are shipped via UPS Ground or FedEx, depending on the size and weight of the item.
Some large or oversized items may be shipped via SAIA or other freight carriers.
Carrier selection is determined automatically at the time of shipment.
Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to the email address provided at checkout.
Tracking information usually becomes active within 1 business day after shipment, depending on the carrier.
Where Is My Order?
When tracking information is provided, this means your order has been processed and shipped.
Carriers such as UPS and FedEx provide point-in-time tracking, meaning updates occur as the package is scanned during transit.
Most orders arrive within 2–5 business days. If your order does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, please contact us and we will be happy to assist.
Delivered Packages & Theft
Once an order is marked as Delivered by the carrier to the address provided at checkout, the order is considered successfully fulfilled.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery, including cases of mail theft.
If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you did not receive the package, we recommend:

Checking around your property and with neighbors

Contacting the carrier to file a missing or stolen package claim

Filing a police report for mail theft (if applicable)
If the carrier provides written confirmation of delivery error, please contact us and we will review the case.
Signature Requirement
Signature confirmation is not required by default for orders under $200.
If you would like to add signature confirmation to your shipment, please contact us before placing your order. Additional fees may apply.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Cancellations
Order cancellations are free of charge as long as the order has not yet shipped.
