ORACLE Lighting now offers quality wiring specifically for LED lighting projects. The conductor material in this wire is made from high-purity oxygen free copper (OFC), which is recognized as one of Earth's finest conductive metals. This is to insure the best connections for your lighting projects that will last for years without corrosion or eventual degradation of the copper conductor. For most applications of single color LEDs, 20AWG wiring is ideal. The capacity of the wire is more than ample for the low current draw of LEDs. American Wire Gauge (AWG), a wire sizing system, assigns numbers (which range from 0 to 40) to standardized wire thicknesses. In the AWG system, the higher the number, the thinner the wire. For multi-color LEDs you will need to use a 4-conductor wire, which uses a thinner gauge 22AWG cable ideal for ColorSHIFT LED projects. Shipping Carriers
Most orders are shipped via UPS Ground or FedEx, depending on the size and weight of the item.
Some large or oversized items may be shipped via SAIA or other freight carriers.
Carrier selection is determined automatically at the time of shipment.
Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to the email address provided at checkout.
Tracking information usually becomes active within 1 business day after shipment, depending on the carrier.
Where Is My Order?
When tracking information is provided, this means your order has been processed and shipped.
Carriers such as UPS and FedEx provide point-in-time tracking, meaning updates occur as the package is scanned during transit.
Most orders arrive within 2–5 business days. If your order does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, please contact us and we will be happy to assist.
Delivered Packages & Theft
Once an order is marked as Delivered by the carrier to the address provided at checkout, the order is considered successfully fulfilled.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery, including cases of mail theft.
If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you did not receive the package, we recommend:

Contacting the carrier to file a missing or stolen package claim

Filing a police report for mail theft (if applicable)

Signature Requirement
Signature confirmation is not required by default for orders under $200.

Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Cancellations
Order cancellations are free of charge as long as the order has not yet shipped.
