Over time, all factory JK tailgate hinges will loosen, rust and sag, resulting in a rattling tailgate and making the tailgate harder to close. This is due to the factory steel hinge pins with very thin steel bearing surfaces. MORryde's heavy duty hinges are guaranteed to outperform and outlast the weaker factory hinges.

Where Is My Order?
When tracking information is provided, this means your order has been processed and shipped.
Carriers such as UPS and FedEx provide point-in-time tracking, meaning updates occur as the package is scanned during transit.
Most orders arrive within 2–5 business days. If your order does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, please contact us and we will be happy to assist.
Delivered Packages & Theft
Once an order is marked as Delivered by the carrier to the address provided at checkout, the order is considered successfully fulfilled.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery, including cases of mail theft.
If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you did not receive the package, we recommend:

Contacting the carrier to file a missing or stolen package claim

Filing a police report for mail theft (if applicable)

Signature Requirement

Incorrect Shipping Address

Cancellations
