Add cooling power to your 1999-2003 Ford F-Series 7.3L Powerstroke with the Mishimoto Performance Intercooler Kit. This kit includes everything you need to improve airflow, substantially lower air charge temperatures, reduce EGTs, and support your truck at any power level. Our intercooler pipes are constructed of mandrel-bent aluminum and are available with either a polished or wrinkle-black powder-coated finish. This kit includes Mishimoto silicone boots with DuraCore technology and constant-tension T-bolt clamps for accurate and consistent holding power. Mishimoto DuraCore technology is the synthetic material that comprises the innermost layer of all Mishimoto silicone diesel boots. Compared to regular silicone, DuraCore provides superior resistance to heat, pressure, fuel, and oil. This effectively increases the life of our boots by preventing leaks and blowouts. This package is rounded out with the Mishimoto intercooler, which feature a significant increase in core volume, extremely durable cast aluminum end tanks, and a robust bar-and-plate core. The application-specific DuraCore bootkit allows you to install our 6.0L Powerstroke performance bar-and-plate intercooler. The larger and more robust design is ideal for high-horsepower applications. Our kit also includes all necessary hardware for a secure installation of the intercooler. Our intercooler design reduces pressure drop while cooling charged air, resulting in overall increased engine efficiency. Offered with either a black or silver core, the Mishimoto 7.3L Powerstroke intercooler kit is protected by our signature lifetime warranty.

Shipping Carriers
Most orders are shipped via UPS Ground or FedEx, depending on the size and weight of the item.
Some large or oversized items may be shipped via SAIA or other freight carriers.
Carrier selection is determined automatically at the time of shipment.
Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to the email address provided at checkout.
Tracking information usually becomes active within 1 business day after shipment, depending on the carrier.
Where Is My Order?
When tracking information is provided, this means your order has been processed and shipped.
Carriers such as UPS and FedEx provide point-in-time tracking, meaning updates occur as the package is scanned during transit.
Most orders arrive within 2–5 business days. If your order does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, please contact us and we will be happy to assist.
Delivered Packages & Theft
Once an order is marked as Delivered by the carrier to the address provided at checkout, the order is considered successfully fulfilled.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery, including cases of mail theft.
If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you did not receive the package, we recommend:

Contacting the carrier to file a missing or stolen package claim

Filing a police report for mail theft (if applicable)

Signature Requirement

Incorrect Shipping Address
