Developed and engineered in the USA, the R5 M-Series Wheel-to-Wheel Nerf Step Bars feature three oversized skid resistant step pads allowing easy access to the vehicle cab or truck bed cargo area. Built with high-grade and corrosion resistant steel designed to mount directly to your vehicles existing rocker panels. The modular design saves you money on shipping, as no truck freight costs are required. Also included are injection molded bracket covers for a clean and stylish look. Westins exclusive Isolator Bracket supports the step bar past the truck cab, a feature that competitors do not offer. Without an Isolator Bracket, the step area that extends past the vehicle is left unsupported. Westins unique design provides added bar support without resulting in annoying creaking sounds.

Shipping Carriers
Most orders are shipped via UPS Ground or FedEx, depending on the size and weight of the item.
Some large or oversized items may be shipped via SAIA or other freight carriers.
Carrier selection is determined automatically at the time of shipment.
Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to the email address provided at checkout.
Tracking information usually becomes active within 1 business day after shipment, depending on the carrier.
Where Is My Order?
When tracking information is provided, this means your order has been processed and shipped.
Carriers such as UPS and FedEx provide point-in-time tracking, meaning updates occur as the package is scanned during transit.
Most orders arrive within 2–5 business days. If your order does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, please contact us and we will be happy to assist.
Delivered Packages & Theft
Once an order is marked as Delivered by the carrier to the address provided at checkout, the order is considered successfully fulfilled.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery, including cases of mail theft.
If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you did not receive the package, we recommend:

Contacting the carrier to file a missing or stolen package claim

Filing a police report for mail theft (if applicable)
If the carrier provides written confirmation of delivery error, please contact us and we will review the case.
Signature Requirement
Signature confirmation is not required by default for orders under $200.

Incorrect Shipping Address
