You?ve spent the time getting your engine ready for a show. Now take the final step in showcasing your engine by adding/installing a set of ROUSH Mustang Hood Struts to your Mustang. These Mustang gas-charged hood struts eliminate the need for the factory hood-prop rod and lift the hood to a greater angle allowing easier view on the entire engine compartment and allowing more light to shine in to showcase your pride-and-joy, the Mustang engine. ROUSH hood struts use the factory OEM attachment points and no drilling required. The kit contains black e-coated stainless steel brackets with the ROUSH logo laser cut into the brackets and heavy duty gas-charged struts. These gas-charged struts are designed and engineered to work with the factory hood design and weight. Using these struts with any other type of hood may produce bowing or may put too much of a load on the struts and they may not provide sufficient support to keep the hood in the upright position.

Shipping Carriers
Most orders are shipped via UPS Ground or FedEx, depending on the size and weight of the item.
Some large or oversized items may be shipped via SAIA or other freight carriers.
Carrier selection is determined automatically at the time of shipment.
Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to the email address provided at checkout.
Tracking information usually becomes active within 1 business day after shipment, depending on the carrier.
Where Is My Order?
When tracking information is provided, this means your order has been processed and shipped.
Carriers such as UPS and FedEx provide point-in-time tracking, meaning updates occur as the package is scanned during transit.
Most orders arrive within 2–5 business days. If your order does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, please contact us and we will be happy to assist.
Delivered Packages & Theft
Once an order is marked as Delivered by the carrier to the address provided at checkout, the order is considered successfully fulfilled.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery, including cases of mail theft.
If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you did not receive the package, we recommend:

Checking around your property and with neighbors

Contacting the carrier to file a missing or stolen package claim

Filing a police report for mail theft (if applicable)
If the carrier provides written confirmation of delivery error, please contact us and we will review the case.
Signature Requirement
Signature confirmation is not required by default for orders under $200.

Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Cancellations
Order cancellations are free of charge as long as the order has not yet shipped.
