The E series HD„¢ is gorgeous, surprisingly light, and built to tow your heaviest trailers with ease.
The E series HD is rated at 1,800 lb. max tongue wt. and 18,000 lb. max trailer weight, making it the strongest aluminum ball mount on the market.
Made from a solid piece of aircraft-grade aluminum, the HD won't rust, and commands attention with its hand polished, mirror finish. If you are looking for a heavy duty ball mount, look no further; you will not find a stronger, higher-quality ball mount than the E series HD.
The FLASH E Series HD is made to fit your 2-1/2" receiver and includes 2'' & 2-5/16'' chrome hitch balls, making it a great choice for towing multiple trailers.
DUAL LOCKING PIN SETS, specially designed to fit the E Series HD, are available for purchase. Add a dual locking hitch pin set to your cart, so you know your E series ball mount will stay secure in your receiver.

Shipping & Processing Time

All in-stock orders are processed and shipped within 1 business day (excluding weekends and holidays).

Delivery typically takes 2–5 business days, depending on the destination. We ship from multiple warehouses across the United States, which allows us to deliver orders as quickly as possible.

Shipping Carriers

Most orders are shipped via UPS Ground or FedEx, depending on the size and weight of the item.
Some large or oversized items may be shipped via SAIA or other freight carriers.

Carrier selection is determined automatically at the time of shipment.


Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to the email address provided at checkout.

Tracking information usually becomes active within 1 business day after shipment, depending on the carrier.


Where Is My Order?

When tracking information is provided, this means your order has been processed and shipped.
Carriers such as UPS and FedEx provide point-in-time tracking, meaning updates occur as the package is scanned during transit.

Most orders arrive within 2–5 business days. If your order does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, please contact us and we will be happy to assist.


Delivered Packages & Theft

Once an order is marked as Delivered by the carrier to the address provided at checkout, the order is considered successfully fulfilled.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery, including cases of mail theft.

If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you did not receive the package, we recommend:

  • Checking around your property and with neighbors

  • Contacting the carrier to file a missing or stolen package claim

  • Filing a police report for mail theft (if applicable)

If the carrier provides written confirmation of delivery error, please contact us and we will review the case.


Signature Requirement

Signature confirmation is not required by default for orders under $200.

If you would like to add signature confirmation to your shipment, please contact us before placing your order. Additional fees may apply.


Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.


Cancellations

Order cancellations are free of charge as long as the order has not yet shipped.

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel your order. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.
