The Rubicon Express Extreme-Duty Long Arm suspension system is the ultimate suspension system for the XJ Cherokee. Designed to be a complete suspension replacement that utilizes longer control arms to improve lifted suspension geometry. This system will offer you superior stability on and off road, reduced torque roll, axle steer and suspension jacking as well as offering enhanced traction compared to standard short arm lift kits. The Rubicon Express Extreme-Duty long arm suspension system for the XJ features the innnovative Rubicon Express three-piece crossmember for easy transfer case and transmission access, front Extreme-Duty Radius Long Arm's with the serviceableSuper-Flex spherical ball joints, heavy-duty track bar, heavy-duty track bar bracket brace, and Gen II disconnects.

Special Notes:

  • Maximum Tire Size: 33"
  • Vehicle will require alignment after kit is installed.
  • Rear pinion shims required if CV driveshaft used
  • Any tire wider than a 10.50" will need a BSM of 4"-4.75"
  • Installing a SYE and CV driveshaft is required when using a long arm system.
  • C8.25 Rear Axles a U-Bolt kit is required, RE-
  • For NP242 Transfer Case, RM21785, Transmission Mount is needed.
  • For Peugeot Transmissions, RM21790, Transmission Mount is needed.

Delivery typically takes 2–5 business days, depending on the destination. We ship from multiple warehouses across the United States, which allows us to deliver orders as quickly as possible.

Shipping Carriers

Most orders are shipped via UPS Ground or FedEx, depending on the size and weight of the item.
Some large or oversized items may be shipped via SAIA or other freight carriers.

Carrier selection is determined automatically at the time of shipment.


Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to the email address provided at checkout.

Tracking information usually becomes active within 1 business day after shipment, depending on the carrier.


Where Is My Order?

When tracking information is provided, this means your order has been processed and shipped.
Carriers such as UPS and FedEx provide point-in-time tracking, meaning updates occur as the package is scanned during transit.

Most orders arrive within 2–5 business days. If your order does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, please contact us and we will be happy to assist.


Delivered Packages & Theft

Once an order is marked as Delivered by the carrier to the address provided at checkout, the order is considered successfully fulfilled.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery, including cases of mail theft.

If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you did not receive the package, we recommend:

  • Checking around your property and with neighbors

  • Contacting the carrier to file a missing or stolen package claim

  • Filing a police report for mail theft (if applicable)

If the carrier provides written confirmation of delivery error, please contact us and we will review the case.


Signature Requirement

Signature confirmation is not required by default for orders under $200.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout.
