The latest addition to the Rubicon Express JK suspension offering is our complete 4-LINK Extreme-Duty Long Arm system. These high performance suspension systems deliver both performance and control that are unmatched by any other long arm kit on the market. They feature adjustable chromoly upper and lower control arms that will stand up to anything you can drive over. With PT-MEG Super-Ride Bushings and Super-Flex Joints they are sure to provide superior handing while not limiting articulation. The kits FULL WIDTH heavy-duty transmission crossmember allows for more durability and frame rigidity then the competition. This also allows for installation that is much easier that competitors kits eliminating the need for welding. An optional robust belly pan, and CNC machine steering knuckle provide outstanding upgrades. Systems can be ordered in 3.5", 4.5" and 5.5" lift heights with optional high performance monotube shocks. Like all Rubicon Express systems, they are made in the USA and backed by the Rubicon Express Advantage Lifetime Warranty.

- This system is NOT recommended to be combined with body lifts over 1" tall.
- All ride height increases are approximate and will vary due to vehicle specification (engine size, factory options, trail equipment, etc).
Required Parts by Manufacturer:
- A Rubicon Express Front CVO Driveshaft, RUB-RE1883-365, is required for 2007-2011 Wrangler JK models with an Automatic Transmission or 2007-2015 Wrangler JK models with a Manual Transmission.
- A Rubicon Express Front CVO Driveshaft, RUB-RE1883-385, is required for 2012-2015 Wrangler JK models with an Automatic Transmission.
- A Rubicon Express Front Transfer Case Yoke, RUB-RE1810, is required for the installation of a Rubicon Express Front CVO Driveshaft.
- A Rubicon Express Rear CVF Driveshaft, RUB-RE1887-430, and a Rubicon Express Rear Transfer Case Flange Adapter, RUB-RE1805, are required for installation.
- 2012-2015 vehicles with a 3.6L V6 engine will require a Rubicon Express Exhaust Loop Bypass Pipe, RUB-RE4531, to modify the exhaust.

Delivery typically takes 2–5 business days, depending on the destination. We ship from multiple warehouses across the United States, which allows us to deliver orders as quickly as possible.

Shipping Carriers
Most orders are shipped via UPS Ground or FedEx, depending on the size and weight of the item.
Some large or oversized items may be shipped via SAIA or other freight carriers.
Carrier selection is determined automatically at the time of shipment.
Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to the email address provided at checkout.
Tracking information usually becomes active within 1 business day after shipment, depending on the carrier.
Where Is My Order?
When tracking information is provided, this means your order has been processed and shipped.
Carriers such as UPS and FedEx provide point-in-time tracking, meaning updates occur as the package is scanned during transit.
Most orders arrive within 2–5 business days. If your order does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, please contact us and we will be happy to assist.
Delivered Packages & Theft
Once an order is marked as Delivered by the carrier to the address provided at checkout, the order is considered successfully fulfilled.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery, including cases of mail theft.
If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you did not receive the package, we recommend:

Checking around your property and with neighbors

Contacting the carrier to file a missing or stolen package claim

Filing a police report for mail theft (if applicable)
If the carrier provides written confirmation of delivery error, please contact us and we will review the case.
Signature Requirement

Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Order cancellations are free of charge as long as the order has not yet shipped.
