NOTES
- When drivers turn their tow-ball around in a non-towable position, they are therefore not in a towing state of mind and potentially less cautious driving over bumps and dips. In this situation, often the lower ball will come in contact with the road and can cause damage to the ball and/or hitch. Due to the extended length of the drop given by the extra 3‚¬³ created by the hanging tow ball, the 180 Hitch MUST NOT be turned around and placed in a non-towable position. The product warranty is void under these circumstances.

Shipping & Processing Time
All in-stock orders are processed and shipped within 1 business day (excluding weekends and holidays).
Delivery typically takes 2–5 business days, depending on the destination. We ship from multiple warehouses across the United States, which allows us to deliver orders as quickly as possible.

Shipping Carriers
Most orders are shipped via UPS Ground or FedEx, depending on the size and weight of the item.
Some large or oversized items may be shipped via SAIA or other freight carriers.
Carrier selection is determined automatically at the time of shipment.
Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to the email address provided at checkout.
Tracking information usually becomes active within 1 business day after shipment, depending on the carrier.
Where Is My Order?
When tracking information is provided, this means your order has been processed and shipped.
Carriers such as UPS and FedEx provide point-in-time tracking, meaning updates occur as the package is scanned during transit.
Most orders arrive within 2–5 business days. If your order does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, please contact us and we will be happy to assist.
Delivered Packages & Theft
Once an order is marked as Delivered by the carrier to the address provided at checkout, the order is considered successfully fulfilled.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery, including cases of mail theft.
If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you did not receive the package, we recommend:

Contacting the carrier to file a missing or stolen package claim

Filing a police report for mail theft (if applicable)

Signature Requirement
Signature confirmation is not required by default for orders under $200.

Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Cancellations
Order cancellations are free of charge as long as the order has not yet shipped.
