Looking to obtain the iconic ROUSH exhaust sound for your F-150, but want a more ?OEM? look? Some great quality features of this exhaust are: Amazing ROUSH sound is sporty and aggressive. The muffler, y-pipe, and inlet/outlet pipes are made from high-grade 304 stainless steel and are mandrel-bent to ensure consistent flow, high performance, and long-lasting durability. Exhaust tips are constructed of high-quality stainless steel that have been chrome-flashed for superior corrosion resistance and durability, and are embossed with the ROUSH logo, which exit out of the side of the vehicle. The piping in this system is 3-inch diameter, and mandrel-bent to promote consistent flow throughout. Other companies tend to crimp-bend their exhaust, which can cause restrictions and inconsistent flow. This exhaust kit is designed to work on all cab and bed configurations for the F150 with 5.0L, 3.5L Ti-VCT, 3.5 Ecoboost, or 2.7 Ecoboost engines.

Shipping Carriers
Most orders are shipped via UPS Ground or FedEx, depending on the size and weight of the item.
Some large or oversized items may be shipped via SAIA or other freight carriers.
Carrier selection is determined automatically at the time of shipment.
Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to the email address provided at checkout.
Tracking information usually becomes active within 1 business day after shipment, depending on the carrier.
Where Is My Order?
When tracking information is provided, this means your order has been processed and shipped.
Carriers such as UPS and FedEx provide point-in-time tracking, meaning updates occur as the package is scanned during transit.
Most orders arrive within 2–5 business days. If your order does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, please contact us and we will be happy to assist.
Delivered Packages & Theft
Once an order is marked as Delivered by the carrier to the address provided at checkout, the order is considered successfully fulfilled.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery, including cases of mail theft.
If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you did not receive the package, we recommend:

Contacting the carrier to file a missing or stolen package claim

Filing a police report for mail theft (if applicable)

Signature Requirement

Incorrect Shipping Address
